Established in 2014 by the Champaign County Preservation Alliance,  the Urban Loft Tour always takes place on the 1st Saturday in November. A ticket is required to go on the Tour and may be purchase in advance or at the door. Parking in Downtown Urbana is always free.

Take in the Views

See the Square from a new perspective and experience downtown Urbana in a brand new way. Visit the upper levels of our historic buildings and enjoy amazing views from spaces ordinarily not open to the public. Come prepared to climb stairs!

Admire the Renovations

Walk through beautifully renovated spaces and take inspiration from the creative designs and clever use of space. From traditional to contemporary, the remodels all certainly impress.

Imagine the Possibilities

Tour some empty, unfinished spaces and dream about how you would design the space. How would you renovate a downtown home? What kind of office or studio could you create?

Tour Day

The tour will begin at the Gloria Theater, 216 S. Main Street. Pick up your tour program and walk the spaces at your leisure. Tour sites will be open from 10am to 3pm.
